Maria Pulliam

Maria Pulliam is a Permanent Author at A Path for Europe. Her expertise includes development policy and good governance and is particularly interested in migration and intersectional studies within the EU.

She graduated with a Master of Public Policies from the Hertie School in Berlin and holds a Law Degree by the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City with a special focus on international law and human rights.

Before she performed as external legal adviser of the federal government in Mexico for the development of national projects in the education, telecommunications and transport sectors. She has worked in collaboration with international consulting firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Steer Davies & Gleave) in various projects and holds a certificate for project funding and development of public-private partnerships from the Inter-American Development Bank.

Maria is a Spanish native speaker and is fluent in English and German. As a permanent author, she will contribute to our research on migration in the EU by publishing articles on a regular basis.
